No, we are not a Real Estate Agent, we have given the platform to connect the buyer and the seller. If you need any further help in procuring farmland, we will assist you based on your requirements.

 
2. Does Exclusive Farmland help in develop and maintain our land?
Yes, we will assist you in developing and maintain your farm with the help of our experts according to you need.

 
3. Can we visit your farms or the farm that you are maintaining?
Yes, We will help you to understand our whole process of farm development and also takes you to our nearest farm.

4. Do you help in the financing for land purchase and development?
Yes, we can help you for the Loan for purchasing the farm land. But, there is no financial support for the farm development from any banks or institutions. We will also help for getting government subsidiary for the farm development like Solar Motor, Drip Irrigations, Irrigation Ponds, Farm Equipment’s etc.

5. How many free listings can I post?
We offer 5 free listing that can be posted from your registered account. You need to subscribe to our paid packages for posting more properties. Please note: You will not be allowed to post another free listing after deleting / deactivating old free listing.

6. When will my posted Property become visible on the site?
It takes maximum 24hours for a property to get screened and become visible on search.

 
7. For how long will my property listing be visible?
Standard/FREE Listings, are visible for a period of 30 days only. Your property will not appear in search results after 30 days. To showcase your property in search results again, you would have to subscribe to our Paid Packages.
